HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REAL ESTATE AGENT?

We are able to market and sell your house in it’s current condition, no inspections or repairs needed. We do not charge you, the homeowner, any fees to sell your home- our fees are paid by the buyer. Our market is different- we do not have to conduct multiple showings or open houses, our buyers understand that they are making an investment and perform their own due diligence. The paperwork is simple and non-extensive. Wholesalers specialize in fast closings- have your home sold in 30 days or less! Lastly, maybe most importantly, the process is more private. You do not have to share your information with multiple agents, buyers, the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), etc. (although if you choose to list on the MLS, that can be done too).

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

  2. We will schedule a walk through of the home and give you a fair offer less than 24 hours after viewing the home.
  3. Upon your acceptance, we will connect you with a buyer and close on the home on your timeline (30 days or less, maybe you need 45 days- it’s all up to you!).

WHAT MAKES YOU BETTER THAN A COMPANY THAT IS OFFERING TO BUY MY HOUSE DIRECTLY?

In wholesaling there are 2 ways to connect with your end buyer:

Single close: the buying company assigns your signed contract to the end buyer/investor.
Double close: the buying company buys your house, and then sells it again, many times in the same condition or a slightly better condition to the end buyer.
