First, PPG will make sure that your property is in full compliance with any rental licensure requirements that may exist in your jurisdiction. We market your available units on all major rental platforms such as the MLS, Zillow, Craigslist, HotPads, etc.. All Prospective Residents are thoroughly screened for prior judgements, prior evictions, criminal history, sex offenses, terrorist activity, and credit worthiness. Move In and Move Out inspections are completed before and after residents take possession of the unit. PPG also conducts mid- year unit inspections.
We have compiled a reliable and local suite of contractors to perform quality apartment repairs, coordinate waste management, and prepare the property for inclement weather such as snow and ice. Our maintenance line is available 24/7 in order to protect your property and take care of residents. When residents move out PPG coordinates unit turnover services which includes cleaning and updating. PPG will provide recommendations and a cost benefit analysis, however the level of updating is variable and is always, ultimately, up to the property owner.
PPG provides a comprehensive digital experience accessible via phone, computer, or tablet. Prospective Residents can view and apply for available apartments; Residents can manage leasing, payments, and maintenance requests. Owners can make and receive payments, access financial statements, monthly summaries, and year- end tax statements. All parties can stay connected and informed with management through built-in messaging, emailing tools, and notifications.
PPG is committed to providing reasonable rates and fees to help you maximize your investment. Our fee structure is based on a percentage gross of monthly rent.
